We respect your control over your data. Users can request permanent deletion of their RelaxApp account and all associated personal information at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly through the mobile application configuration panel by following these steps:

1. Open the RelaxApp mobile application.
2. Navigate to the bottom right menu tab and tap Profile ➔ Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account. Confirm when prompted.

If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access the app dashboard, you can request account deletion by emailing our support desk:

What Data is Permanentely Deleted?

Upon confirming your account deletion request, the following information is permanently purged from our servers:

• Your primary profile registration settings (Username, avatar settings, status biography).
• Your verified phone number associated with the account.
• Complete call log listing (Voice and video call history records).
• Personal user profile configuration logs.

Data Retained for Compliance

To comply with Google Play transaction policy and tax/legal reporting requirements, standard payment transaction records and payment history logs are securely retained for a mandatory audit compliance window of up to 90 days before permanent erasure.
