Service Description
RelaxApp provides a peer-to-peer calling platform connecting users with trained listeners for supportive conversations aimed at stress relief and emotional comfort.
RelaxApp services are not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, or crisis intervention services.

User Accounts
To use RelaxApp's call services, users must comply with the following settings:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain account login credentials confidentiality
- Be at least 18 years of age
Users are fully responsible for all activity conducted under their account.

Listener Disclaimer
Listeners available on RelaxApp are independent service providers recruited by RelaxApp for supportive communication purposes.
Listeners do not:
- Provide licensed psychological therapy
- Diagnose medical or mental conditions
- Offer medical treatment or advice
RelaxApp is not responsible for personal decisions made based on conversations.

Acceptable Use
Users agree NOT to engage in the following prohibited behaviors during calls:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse listeners or hosts
- Share illegal, obscene, or harmful media files
- Record calls or screenshot video chats without explicit consent
- Use the platform for unlawful marketing or activities
- Attempt payment fraud or coin manipulation
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Payments and Refunds
Certain call features and services require coin packages.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party gateway providers.
- Purchased fees and coins are non-refundable once consumed unless required by local law.
- RelaxApp reserves the right to modify calling package prices at any time.

Account Suspension or Termination
RelaxApp may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions
- Engage in harmful or abusive call behavior
- Misuse platform servers or services

Limitation of Liability
RelaxApp provides its calling platform on an "as-is" basis. RelaxApp shall not be liable for:
- Emotional outcomes of calls
- User and host personal interactions
- Service lags or interruptions
- Decisions made after conversation sessions

Intellectual Property
All app assets, branding logos, text, design layouts, and technical software code belong to RelaxApp and may not be copied or reused without explicit consent.

Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time within the application settings, or request deletion by emailing our support desk.

Changes to Terms
RelaxApp may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our calling service following any update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
